Job Description
SRS Collection seeks a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to promote hotel services, cultivate client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The incumbent will identify new business, market rooms, restaurant, spa, and event services, handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and maintain accurate booking and proposal records.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Housekeeping to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Prepare sales materials, manage CRM and booking systems, and follow up on leads.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related; 2–3 years sales experience (hospitality preferred); strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM; proactive and results-driven.
