Job Description
We seek a motivated Sales Associate for a full-time, field-based contract to drive vendor and customer acquisition for Send24. You will represent the company locally, onboard SMEs, explain subscription and delivery solutions, and support vendors through their first successful delivery. You will track and report daily and weekly onboarding metrics and participate in marketing and community campaigns.
- Compensation: competitive base salary, commission, allowance, and performance bonuses.
- Career growth: top performers may advance to Field Captain or Growth Coordinator.
- Requirements: proven field sales, marketing, or community engagement experience (logistics/e‑commerce a plus); excellent communication; smartphone and social media literacy; energetic, self-driven; resident in a focus state. Remote/field work.
