Job Description
Road Mechanisms Limited invites applications for a full-time, permanent Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand loyalty. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, training and motivating staff, monitoring performance and inventory, and managing relationships with walk-in, fleet, and corporate clients. You will oversee product expertise (oils, batteries, tires, detailing, diagnostics), prepare sales reports, coordinate in-store promotions, digital marketing, social media, events, and handle advertising and branding. Ensure accurate sales posting and inventory counts. New graduates are welcome. Salary: ₦65,00–₦160,00/month. Expected start date: December 1, 2025.
