Job Description
A reputable construction and real estate firm in Victoria Island seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing Lead. Full-time, onsite role offering ₦400,00 monthly plus attractive commission. Ideal candidate has 3–4 years’ experience in real estate sales and marketing within the Lagos market.
- Lead and execute sales strategies, generate quality leads, and mentor the sales team.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives and manage CRM-driven campaigns.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proven sales performance essential.
