Job Description

Mode Lagos Concept is looking for a dedicated Sales and Customer Support/Logistics Representative. This role focuses on enhancing customer interactions by managing orders, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, email, and phone.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge for accurate information dissemination.
• Process customer orders with great precision.
• Thoroughly document customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of NYSC experience.
• Must reside in or around Yaba, Lagos.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support or sales.
• Excellent command of English communication.
