Job Description
Optiva Capital Partners is in search of an enthusiastic Sales Trainee/Executive Trainee to establish, manage, and enhance business relationships. This role involves fieldwork with a focus on prospecting high-net-worth individuals through various communication channels. Your main objective will be to present our services and facilitate connections between potential clients and our engagement team to drive conversions.
Key responsibilities include conducting daily field sales calls, participating in product training sessions, submitting weekly client profiles, and fostering relationships for referrals. Applicants should possess a NYSC discharge certificate, be aged between 21 and 35 years, and ideally have a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
