Job Description
RRD Loft Consulting, a rapidly expanding fintech company dedicated to revolutionizing digital payments, is seeking a Risk and Compliance Lead. In this role, you will spearhead risk and compliance initiatives across our operations while ensuring adherence to regulations, including anti-money laundering policies. Your responsibilities will include developing risk management frameworks, collaborating with teams to address business risks, and supporting audits as well as staff training on compliance matters.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with 3-5 years of experience, and strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this position.
