Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Rig Supervisor II to lead drilling operations and teams onshore and offshore. The Supervisor will oversee crews, enforce HSE and company procedures, plan daily drilling activities, coordinate maintenance and logistics, monitor performance, and report to the Operations Manager. The role requires proven leadership, strong technical knowledge of rig systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage emergencies and resolve operational issues hands‑on. Required certifications include BOSIET and well control. Expect rotational shifts. Candidates must have extensive field experience and a demonstrated commitment to safety, operational excellence, and team development.
