Job Description
The Revenue Assurance Manager will lead efforts to detect and prevent revenue leakage across billing and operational systems. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing controls, conducting reconciliations and audits, analyzing data to identify anomalies, executing corrective actions, and collaborating with finance, IT, and commercial teams.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in revenue assurance or billing operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of billing platforms and OSS/BSS environments
- Proven leadership, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset
