Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Retail Shop Supervisor to manage daily store operations, lead a small sales team, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training and coaching, inventory control, visual merchandising, achieving sales targets, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining compliance and safety standards.
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory processes and POS systems
- Customer-focused attitude; flexible schedule with weekend availability
