Job Description
SENCE Limited seeks an experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager to supervise multi‑outlet operations across pharmacies, supermarkets, and FMCG stores. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of retail management experience, proven leadership, and a track record of driving consistent operational excellence across locations.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff performance.
- Coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Implement inventory controls, expiry monitoring, and loss prevention measures.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and health regulatory standards.
- Analyze sales and inventory data; train and evaluate personnel.
- Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Full‑time; salary ₦300,00–₦350,00/month.
