Job Description
Kennedy Consulting is looking for a committed Retail First Level Technical Assistance Centre Engineer to deliver first-tier off-site technical support for ipNX services, which encompass Internet, Voice, and Connected Home/Office solutions. Your role will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective incident management and prompt resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Proactively monitor network components and resolve issues within established SLAs.
- Engage with clients to provide updates and communicate solutions.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc/B.Eng in relevant fields; CCNA and CCNP certifications are preferred.
- Experience in IP network operations with strong problem-solving capabilities.
