Job Description

Location: Lagos

Bradfield Consulting Limited is seeking a Restaurant Operations Officer responsible for managing and overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant. This includes controlling expenses while delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily functions and manage shift schedules.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through superior service.
  • Assess product quality and explore new suppliers.
  • Evaluate staff performance and give feedback.
  • Forecast requirements for consumables and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Management preferred.
  • 3-5 years of managerial experience in food and beverage.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational planning skills.
