Job Description
Location: Lagos
Bradfield Consulting Limited is seeking a Restaurant Operations Officer responsible for managing and overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant. This includes controlling expenses while delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily functions and manage shift schedules.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through superior service.
- Assess product quality and explore new suppliers.
- Evaluate staff performance and give feedback.
- Forecast requirements for consumables and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Management preferred.
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in food and beverage.
