Job Description
Prestigious Consulting Group is searching for a results-oriented and seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead operations in our lounge. The successful candidate will ensure efficient daily operations, effective staff collaboration, guest satisfaction, and profitability while upholding high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen.
- Supervise and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Address guest concerns with prompt resolutions.
- Monitor sales performance and devise revenue enhancement strategies.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Lead recruitment and training efforts for staff.
Requirements: A minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Salary: N250,00 per month.
