Job Description
We seek a dynamic, results-driven Restaurant Manager for a QSR to lead business development and daily operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, cultivate partnerships, and ensure exceptional service and food quality.
- Lead business development: identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and support marketing campaigns.
- Manage restaurant operations: supervise staff, control budgets and inventory, resolve customer issues, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Requirements: proven restaurant management and sales experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time — Pay: ₦150,00–₦200,00/month. Preferred: 4 years business experience.
