Job Description
One Step Ahead is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in Abuja, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent operational standards.
- Lead front- and back-of-house teams, enforce SOPs, and maintain safety and hygiene compliance.
- Manage inventory, supplier relations, and cost controls for food and labor.
- Handle cash management and accurate financial reporting; resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Minimum 3 years’ restaurant or hospitality management experience, strong leadership, financial discipline, and ability to perform under pressure across multiple shifts.
- Full-time position requiring reliable commute or relocation to Abuja.
