Job Description
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming dining experience. The Manager will recruit, interview, and train staff; enforce food safety and quality standards; manage guest service and resolve complaints; oversee scheduling, labor tracking, and payroll; order supplies within budget; supervise front- and back-of-house shifts; control costs and minimize waste; and evaluate, coach, and, when necessary, discipline team members to maintain performance and compliance.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required.
