Job Description
Elocuencia Consulting seeks an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to operate a busy Akala Expressway location. This is a full-time, permanent role (6 days/week, including weekends) with 7-day oversight availability. Salary: ₦80,00/month. Responsibilities include:
- Supervise food preparation and service, and resolve customer issues.
- Schedule, train, and lead staff; manage inventory and suppliers.
- Control costs, ensure safety and compliance, and produce sales reports.
Requirements: proven experience managing fast-paced restaurants; strong leadership, organizational, food safety, and inventory knowledge; ability to work long hours; residence on Akala Expressway; available to start December 2025.
