Job Description
ASMR is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Key duties include recruiting and training staff, managing effective communication, maintaining food and beverage quality, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, experience in staff recruitment and training, and excellent communication abilities. A solid understanding of food and beverage management is essential, along with proven leadership capabilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, alongside relevant professional experience.
