Job Description
Global Rainbow Limited seeks an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee daily operations at our Surulere location. The successful candidate will supervise restaurant and bar service, manage staff schedules, training and performance, coordinate kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, monitor inventory and minimize waste, and ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food/beverage compliance.
- Drive promotions to increase sales and prepare basic sales and operations reports
- Handle guest complaints professionally and maintain high customer service standards
- Proven restaurant/bar management experience with strong leadership, communication and multitasking under pressure
- Organized, customer‑focused; minimum 2 years’ experience as a Lounge Manager
Full‑time, permanent. Immediate resumption. Salary: ₦150,00–₦180,00 monthly.
