We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support daily Front of House and Back of House operations. Responsibilities include supervising FOH and BOH teams, ensuring smooth service flow, resolving guest escalations, maintaining food quality and hygiene, managing inventory and checklists, and acting as Operations Manager when required. Candidates should have 2–4 years of restaurant or hotel operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent customer-service aptitude, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
