Job Description
Join Joes & Eves as a Resort Manager located in beautiful Ondo (Igbara Oke)! We offer accommodation and additional benefits.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, enhance guest satisfaction, manage staff, ensure compliance with regulations, develop budgets, maintain vendor relationships, coordinate departments, and communicate with stakeholders.
Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field, a minimum of 5 years in resort management, outstanding leadership, budgeting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
