Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Residence Marketer to promote and sell residential properties. Responsibilities include generating leads, hosting property tours, creating targeted online and offline campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with agents and developers to meet sales goals. Candidates must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a customer-focused, target-driven approach. Prior real estate or sales experience is preferred.
