Job Description
FMR Academy is currently seeking a skilled Reservations Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team in Ibadan, Oyo State. This full-time role in the Travel & Tourism sector offers an attractive salary of ₦200,00.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to airline regulations. We require applicants to hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Tourism or Hospitality, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Ticketing Officer position. Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre, as well as exceptional customer service skills, are essential.
