Job Description

The Reservations Coordinator manages booking operations, responds promptly to guest inquiries, and maintains precise reservation records to maximize occupancy and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Process, confirm, modify, and cancel bookings; handle payments and maintain clear guest communication.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to facilitate smooth check-ins and room readiness.
• Use booking software accurately and uphold attention to detail in all transactions.

Requirements: 1–2 years of hospitality or reservations experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
