Job Description
SOLEVO Group, a prominent distributor of chemicals and inputs for the industrial and agricultural sectors in Africa, is on the lookout for a skilled Research & Development Manager specializing in Printing Ink, based in Lagos. This position involves the development and optimization of ink formulations specifically for flexo and gravure printing applications. The successful candidate will lead new product development initiatives while ensuring quality consistency through comprehensive laboratory testing.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related discipline, with over 15 years of experience in printing ink formulation. A strong technical background in resins, pigments, and solvents is vital. Familiarity with sustainable formulation practices will be considered an advantage.
