Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Relationship Officer to manage client relationships, onboard new customers, and ensure ongoing satisfaction. The role includes responding to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, developing retention strategies, and reporting on account health.
- Qualifications: 1–2 years in client-facing roles, strong communication, CRM experience, and the ability to work independently across time zones.
- Required skills: problem-solving, empathy, attention to detail, and goal orientation.
