Job Description
Kennedia Consulting is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Relationship Officer to join our team in Ibadan. In this full-time position within the Banking and Financial Services industry, you will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include achieving deposits and loan targets, promoting our various banking products, and efficiently managing customer accounts to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a preference for banking experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
