Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY: Join ITEX Integrated Services Limited as a Relationship Officer, responsible for prospecting new clients and managing existing client relationships to drive growth in the Merchant Services business line.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and maintain relationships with key personnel, implement merchant acquiring strategies, sell POS terminals, monitor terminal activity, and ensure excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must hold a BSC or HND in Marketing or a related discipline, with at least 1 year of experience in a sales or relationship officer role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
