Job Description
Advans La Fayette Microfinance Bank is looking for a motivated Relationship Officer to oversee client loans, enhance our loan portfolio, and build a robust customer base. This position requires more than 70% of your time to be spent in the field, engaging with clients in commercial areas.
Key Responsibilities: Include managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, driving sales and business development, handling account management, and ensuring compliance with risk management protocols.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND, at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication abilities, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Salary: Competitive, ranging from NGN 150,00 to 350,00, negotiable based on experience.
