Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to build and sustain strong client partnerships, drive account growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves managing a client portfolio, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, resolving issues promptly, and preparing performance reports.
- Minimum 3 years in client-facing roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems and fluency in English required
