Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to cultivate long-term client partnerships, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and activate clients across assigned markets. Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and reviewing loan applications and supporting documentation.
- Conducting thorough credit analysis: business assessments, cash flow evaluation, character checks, and collateral verification.
- Recommending loan approvals or rejections based on risk assessment and lending guidelines, while ensuring full KYC compliance.
- Maintaining an active loan portfolio with low default and delinquency rates.
- Advising and educating clients on loan products, terms, and repayment obligations.
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month.
