Job Description
Brit Properties Nig. Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Regional Talent Executive to join our team in Ibadan & Oyo State. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between NGN 150,00 and 250,00.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing workforce planning, and overseeing human resources operations across specified locations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and coordinating programs for employee development.
