Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager at Ascentech Services Ltd will lead sales and marketing activities across Lagos for FMCG products. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will manage Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Inspectors, develop and implement sales, marketing, financial, and structural strategies, drive field teams to meet volume targets, communicate objectives, and gather market and competitor intelligence.
- Qualifications: HND or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales management; FMCG experience preferred.
