Job Description
CIPE seeks a Regional Program Officer to manage and expand regional programs. The Regional Program Officer will coordinate implementation, monitor progress, cultivate partner relationships, oversee budgets, and report to the Program Manager. Core activities include project planning, stakeholder engagement, field visits, data collection and analysis, and ensuring donor compliance and timely reporting.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in international development, public policy, or related field; minimum 3 years of program management experience.
- Skills: strong written and verbal communication, analytical and intercultural abilities, and proficiency with MS Office and monitoring tools.
- Other: frequent travel required; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
