Job Description
Join Kennedia Consulting as a Regional Manager responsible for overseeing operations in the South-East and South-South regions for a prominent global food company. We are in search of a strategic and results-oriented leader with extensive sales management experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive sales strategies, provide support to Store Managers, perform data analysis, conduct regular meetings, lead recruitment efforts, and manage departmental budgets.
Requirements: A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing, over 8 years of relevant sales experience, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven history of surpassing sales targets.
