Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Consumer Sales Manager to lead and expand consumer sales across the region. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, set targets, analyze market data, and provide accurate forecasts. Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and managing a high-performing sales team; building and maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors; coordinating with marketing to ensure excellent in‑store execution; and driving market share and revenue growth.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in consumer/FMCG sales with proven leadership.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with willingness to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
