The role includes case management, staff capacity building, community outreach, partner coordination, and monitoring and reporting to maintain quality and accountability.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of MHPSS experience in humanitarian or clinical settings
Familiarity with IASC MHPSS guidelines; strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and documentation skills
Able to work under pressure and travel to field sites; fluent in English (local language skills preferred)
