<p> Role Review</p>
<p>FairMoney is seeking a New Client Acquisition Lead who will drive growth across both loans, while owning PPM Performance Platform Management) for core paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, OEMs, and emerging platforms. This role combines acquisition strategy, channel ownership, partner portfolio management, and experimentation, with a strong focus on scaling high-quality, low-risk new users across markets. You will own the end-to-end journey from channel development funnel optimisation partner onboarding performance analysis.</p>
</p>
<p> Key Responsibilities </p>
<p>New Client Acquisition (Loans)</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute acquisition strategies to grow quality users across FairMoneyʼs loan and banking ecosystems.</li>
<li>Optimise funnel journeys &amp; cross sell opportunities for loan disbursement, FlexiCredit, savings, and banking activation.</li>
<li>Build new customer cohorts across segments (salaried, semi-formal, microbusiness, gig)</li>
<li>Identify and close funnel gaps using structured experimentation and analytics.</li>
</ul>
<p> Performance Platform Management (PPM)</p>
<p>You will own all major acquisition accounts end-to-end</p>
<p> Google Ads</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage UAC, Search, Display and Performance Max (if relevant).</li>
<li>Set up, monitor, and optimise conversion tracking with MMP &amp; GA4.</li>
<li>Ensure high-quality signal delivery (events, conversion values, audience lists).</li>
<li>Maintain account hygiene, budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and experiments.</li>
</ul>
<p> Meta Ads</p>
<ul>
<li>Own CAPI integrations, campaign structures, and creative optimisation.</li>
<li>Oversee signal quality, retargeting pools, and custom audiences.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance, account structure, and LTV-based optimisation.</li>
</ul>
<p>TikTok, OEM Ads &amp; Other Channels</p>
<ul>
<li>Test, scale, and optimise growth from TikTok, VIVO, Oppo, Xiaomi, Transsion, etc.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate tracking and signal mapping through the MMP.</li>
</ul>
<p> Cross-Channel Governance</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain naming conventions, budget tracking, attribution mapping, and conflict avoidance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Growth Engineering to ensure tracking integrity across all channels.</li>

<p> Partner Portfolio Management (PPM – Partnerships)</p>
<ul>
<li>Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-quality acquisition partners.</li>
<li>Build partner frameworks for performance, payouts, compliance, and fraud controls.</li>
<li>Monitor partner performance CPA, CPR, loan disbursement rate, ROAS, default risk).</li>
<li>Scale strategic partnerships across HR networks, fintechs, payroll clusters, and educational ecosystems.</li>

<li>Explore, validate, and scale new acquisition avenues (salary platforms, referral systems, web funnels, API partners).</li>
<p> Build playbooks from pilot controlled scale </p>

<p>About the Role</p>
<p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the General Manager in managing daily operations, schedules, and correspondence. You will serve as the first point of coordination between the GM, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth business operations and efficient communication across all channels.</p>
<p>Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:</p>
<p>Manage the GM’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and correspondence, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.</p>
<p>Handle the GM’s phone, calls, messages, and emails, providing professional responses or escalating as needed.</p>
<p>Prepare reports, presentations, official documents, and other materials required for meetings or decision-making.</p>
<p>Serve as a point of contact between the GM, clients, partners, and internal teams, maintaining effective communication.</p>
<p>Support the GM’s social media presence and brand-related activities, ensuring professional representation online and offline.</p>
<p>Organize meetings, briefings, events, and follow-ups, ensuring action points are captured and addressed.</p>
<p>Anticipate the GM’s needs and provide proactive support for day-to-day operations.</p>
<p>Maintain records of communications, company interactions, and confidential information with discretion.</p>
<p>Deliver excellent client and guest service in person and virtually, handling correspondence, calls, and administrative duties professionally.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p>
<p>Strong multitasking and time management abilities.</p>
<p>High level of organization and attention to detail.</p>
<p>Professional appearance and demeanor.</p>
<p>At least 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.</p>

<p>ROLE OVERVIEW:</p>
<p>We are looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Digital Marketing &amp; Customer Experience Manager to own and manage our client&#8217;s entire online customer journey — from first ad click to purchase, repeat orders, and long-term brand loyalty.</p>
<p>This role is both commercial and hands-on. You will be responsible for driving online sales, managing our Shopify store, running Meta advertising campaigns, building sales funnels, creating engaging digital content, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.</p>
<p>You will be the engine behind their online revenue growth, serving customers in Lagos, across Nigeria, and within the diaspora market.</p>
<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p>1. Digital Marketing &amp; Paid Advertising</p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) ad campaigns for traffic, lead generation, and conversions.</li>
<li>Manage ad budgets, creatives, targeting, and performance reporting using Meta Ads Manager.</li>
<li>Continuously test and improve creatives, copy, audiences, and funnels to maximise ROI.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.</li>
</ul>
<p>2. E-Commerce &amp; Shopify Store Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and optimise the company’s Shopify store, including product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory presentation.</li>
<li>Handle basic theme customisation, app integrations, and checkout optimisation (training provided where required).</li>
<li>Ensure the online store reflects the brand’s premium positioning and customer expectations.</li>
<li>Monitor store performance using Shopify Analytics and recommend improvements.</li>
</ul>
<p>3. Sales Funnels &amp; Customer Journey Ownership</p>
<ul>
<li>Design and manage end-to-end sales funnels from awareness to conversion and retention.</li>
<li>Improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.</li>
<li>Identify drop-off points in the customer journey and implement solutions.</li>
<li>Support post-purchase engagement and retention strategies.</li>
</ul>
<p>4. Content &amp; Brand Engagement</p>
<ul>
<li>Create engaging content for social media, ads, and product pages using tools like Canva and CapCut.</li>
<li>Write compelling copy for ads, product descriptions, emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, and social posts.</li>
<li>Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual identity are consistent across all platforms.</li>
<li>Support influencer, content, and brand collaboration initiatives where applicable.</li>
</ul>
<p>5. Customer Experience &amp; Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Own customer communication across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, email, and phone.</li>
<li>Deliver prompt, professional, and empathetic customer service at all touchpoints.</li>
<li>Handle enquiries related to orders, custom measurements, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.</li>
<li>Ensure excellent phone etiquette and clear communication, especially for high-value and international customers.</li>
<li>Use customer feedback to improve products, processes, and overall experience.</li>
</ul>
<p>6. Data, Analytics &amp; Reporting</p>
<ul>
<li>Track and analyse performance using Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Analytics, and Google Analytics.</li>
<li>Interpret data to make informed decisions on ads, content, pricing, and customer experience.</li>
<li>Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.</li>
<li>Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and repeat purchase rates.</li>
</ul>
<p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<p>Must-Have:</p>
<ul>
<li>2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, growth marketing, or a related role.</li>
<li>Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) via Ads Manager.</li>
<li>Experience managing a Shopify store (product setup, optimisation, basic customisation).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer journey mapping.</li>
<li>Excellent copywriting skills for ads, product pages, emails, and social media.</li>
<li>Experience handling customer service via chat, email, and phone, with strong communication skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable using content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.</li>
