<li>Develop and implement PR strategies that strengthen CasaLavoro’s corporate image across hospitality, real estate, residence, and commodity operations.</li>

<li>Draft and review press releases, public statements, speeches, corporate profiles, and media content.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and industry stakeholders.</li>

<li>Monitor media reports and manage press inquiries professionally.</li>
<li>Proactively manage the company’s public reputation and mitigate reputational risks.</li>

<li>Coordinate communication with clients, partners, regulators, community stakeholders, and the general public.</li>

We connect bulk buyers directly with trusted commercial farmers, using Escrow technology and AI to guarantee quality and payments.</p>
<p>The Role</p>
<p>We are seeking aggressive and experienced Field Sales Agents to drive demand generation. Your primary goal is to acquire high-volume buyers—specifically Restaurants (Fast Food Chains), Hotels, and Cold Room Distributors, who require a consistent weekly supply of protein (Chicken, Beef, Fish, Eggs).</p>
<p>You will not just be selling produce; you will be selling a financial solution. You will introduce buyers to our Credit/Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services powered by Sterling Bank, allowing them to expand their capacity without immediate cash flow constraints.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>1. High-Volume Prospecting &amp; Acquisition</p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and secure B2B buyers capable of placing bulk orders of 5 tons and above per week.</li>
<li>Target specific sectors: Fast Food Chains (e.g., profiles similar to Chicken Republic, Kilimanjaro), Hotel Chains (e.g., Sheraton profile), and major Frozen Food Distributors.</li>
<li>Pitch Cubeseed’s unique value proposition: Guaranteed quality, bulk supply reliability, and payment security via Escrow.</li>
</ul>
<p>2. Credit Onboarding &amp; Pre-Qualification</p>
<ul>
<li>Introduce clients to Cubeseed’s credit facility to solve their cash flow limitations at the point of purchase.</li>
<li>Guide potential borrowers through the Credit Pre-qualification requirements and collect necessary financial documentation for assessment by our financial partners (Sterling Bank).</li>
<li>Ensure clients understand the terms of the credit service to prevent default and ensure long-term retention.</li>
</ul>
<p>3. Platform Onboarding &amp; Account Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Register new buyers directly onto the Cubeseed Web App/Dashboard.</li>
<li>Train clients on how to place orders, utilize the escrow service, and manage Goods Received Notes (GRN) within the buyer dashboard.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring repeat orders and resolving initial disputes regarding quality or delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p>4. Compliance &amp; Reporting</p>
<ul>
<li>Field Sense Compliance: Mandatory usage of the &#8220;Field Sense&#8221; application to track daily visits and location data.</li>
<li>Data Integrity: Accurately fill out client data forms during visits. Incomplete or falsified data will result in immediate disqualification.</li>
<li>Provide weekly reports on market feedback, specifically regarding price sensitivity and credit demand.</li>
</ul>
<p>Who You Are</p>
<ul>
<li>Experienced B2B Seller: You have a track record of selling to the hospitality or FMCG sectors. You already have a network of restaurant managers or cold room owners.</li>
<li>Fintech Savvy: You are comfortable explaining financial products (credit, escrow, wallets).</li>
<li>Tech Adopter: You are proficient in using smartphones for work, including CRM tools, location tracking apps, and guiding others through web-based dashboards.</li>
<li>Trustworthy: You understand that trust is the core of our business.</li>
</ul>
<p>The Offer (Commission Structure)</p>
<ul>
<li>Uncapped Commissions: Earn a percentage on the Gross Commission Value (GCV) of every order placed by your clients.</li>
<li>Residual Income: As long as your onboarded client keeps ordering (weekly/monthly), you keep earning.</li>
<li><i>Context:</i> A single buyer doing 5 tons/week generates significant GMV.</li>
<li>Incentives: Performance bonuses for hitting onboarding targets of credit-qualified buyers.</li>

<p>We&#8217;re building a ride-hailing platform for the Nigerian market and need an experienced iOS Developer to start immediately. The groundwork is done, screens designed, APIs built. We need someone who can build, integrate, and test fast.</p>
<p>Deliver well during the contract and secure a full-time role.</p>

<p>Build out pre-designed screens into a polished iOS app</p>
<p>Integrate with existing REST APIs</p>
<p>Test thoroughly across devices</p>
<p>Optimise for Nigerian network conditions</p>
<p>Prepare the app for App Store submission</p>
<p>Requirements</p>
<p>Minimum 4 years iOS development experience</p>
<p>Expert in Swift (SwiftUI and/or UIKit)</p>
<p>Strong API integration skills (URLSession/Alamofire)</p>
<p>Solid grasp of MVVM/Clean Architecture</p>
<p>MapKit or Google Maps SDK experience</p>
<p>Payment integration experience (Paystack, Flutterwave) is a plus</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>1. Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, generating leads and nurturing relationships.</p>
<p>2. Conduct property viewings and presentations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our portfolio.</p>
<p>3. Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding set targets</p>
<p>4. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sales support.</p>
<p>5. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Abuja real estate market.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>1. Proven track record of success in sales of about 500 million to 1 billion Naira worth preferably within the real estate industry.</p>
<p>2. Strong understanding of the Abuja property market especially on luxury properties.</p>
<p>3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</p>
<p>4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.</p>
<p>5. A relevant degree or diploma is an added advantage.</p>

<p>A Driver provides a transportation service to Guests and visitors as requested, where safety, cleanliness, and superior customer service are always priorities.</p>
<p> What will I be doing? </p>
<p> As a Driver, you will provide a transportation service to Guest and visitors as requested, where safety, cleanliness, and superior customer service are always included. A Driver contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:</p>
<ul>
<li>Welcome Guests on arrival and assist with their luggage</li>
<li>Maintain frequent contact with regular Guests and visitors</li>
<li>Park Guests&#8217; cars on the hotel premises</li>
<li>Provide a driving service to Guests, as required</li>
<li>Maintain clean and safety hotel vehicles</li>
<li>Stay current on all hotel services as well as VIP requirements and special events</li>
<li>Demonstrate a current knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity</li>
<li>Comply with all hotel security, fire regulations and Health and Safety legislation</li>

<p>Role Overview</p>
<ul>
<li>We are seeking an experienced and commercially disciplined Head of Sales – In Vitro Diagnostics to lead and scale its IVD portfolio across Nigeria.</li>
<li>This is a senior role with full responsibility for strategy, execution, team leadership, and revenue performance within the diagnostics business.</li>
<li>The successful candidate will combine deep understanding of the IVD market with strong sales leadership skills and the ability to drive structure, consistency, and accountability across a growing team.</li>
<li>This role requires a hands-on leader who can set direction, coach effectively, and ensure disciplined execution in the field.</li>
<li>This is not a passive or symbolic leadership role. The Head of Sales is expected to actively shape the business, own results, and build a high-performing commercial organisation.</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Responsibilities<br /> Commercial Leadership:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own the national sales strategy for the IVD portfolio, aligned with company objectives and supplier expectations.</li>
<li>Translate strategic priorities into clear sales plans, targets, and execution frameworks.</li>

<p>Team Leadership and Performance:</p>

<li>Act as the senior commercial interface with key customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Maintain strong working relationships with OEM principals and ensure alignment with their commercial and compliance expectations.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and regulatory developments, feeding insights into strategy.</li>

<p>Governance and Compliance</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Uphold disciplined sales processes, including CRM usage and internal approvals.</li>
</ul>
<p>Candidate Profile</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific or medical discipline (e.g. Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field).</li>
<li>Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IVD or healthcare-related sales, with at least 3–5 years in a sales leadership role.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing multi-region or national sales teams.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of public and private healthcare markets, procurement structures, and tender-driven sales.</li>
<li>Proven ability to implement structure, processes, and performance management frameworks.</li>
<li>Confident communicator, able to engage credibly with senior clinicians, hospital management, regulators, and partners.</li>
<li>Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</li>
<li>Leadership Style and Expectations</li>
<li>This role requires a high-ownership mindset — outcomes matter more than activity alone.</li>
