Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage new clients in the Nigerian market for our software and IT staffing services. The ideal candidate will develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our market presence while managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams for project execution.

The candidate must possess a strong background in sales or account management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector. Technical knowledge of software development and familiarity with the Nigerian market are essential.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary between ₦200,00.00 and ₦250,00.00, plus a commission of 35% on each sale.
