Job Description
Kimberly Ryan Limited is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to define role requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings and manage candidate databases.
- Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to clients.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦150,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
