Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Recruitment Associate to manage the full hiring lifecycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities include posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining the applicant tracking system and hiring reports.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; one to two years of recruitment experience; strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail; and strict respect for candidate confidentiality.
