Job Description
Location: Ibadan, Nigeria
We are Ascentech Services Ltd, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ibadan. In this role, you will support our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will help establish job requirements and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; strong communication skills; proficiency in recruitment software and social media.
