Job Description
The Victory Empowerment Centre (VEC) is seeking a committed Recovery Officer/Auditor for a full-time position based in Sagamu, Ogun State. As a micro-finance non-governmental organization, our mission is to empower women through innovative financial solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for debt collection, loan portfolio analysis, and ensuring adherence to financial compliance policies. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and active community engagement.
Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, experience in debt collection, analytical finance capabilities, and a good understanding of micro-finance operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
