Job Description
Velvet Casa Construction is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. The successful candidate will manage phone lines, schedule appointments, greet guests, and assist with various administrative tasks. We seek an individual with outstanding interpersonal skills who can create a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and oversee front desk operations
- Respond to and direct incoming phone calls
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars
- Carry out clerical tasks, including filing and data entry
Requirements: ND/NCE qualification, proven experience as a receptionist, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a positive attitude.
