Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Primary responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and managing multi-line phone systems
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal teams
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining front-desk records
- Performing basic administrative tasks using MS Office and scheduling software
- Multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional appearance
