Job Description
Eurocom Stratégies is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist for one of its partner hotels in Thionville, as part of a BTS Tourism apprenticeship program. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Manage reservations and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Prepare invoices and process payments efficiently.
- Oversee email correspondence and maintain effective communication.
- Provide breakfast service as needed.
