Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to be a key member of our team at Peckers Valley View Hotel. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide outstanding customer service and manage front desk operations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and handle incoming phone calls.
- Oversee room reservations and facilitate check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest complaints and effectively resolve issues.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions competently.
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean and organized.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₦30,00.00 – ₦60,00.00 per month
