This is a full-time opportunity where you will manage client appointments and address any client concerns professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Resolve client complaints or issues promptly.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the spa industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Salary ranges from N120,00 to N200,00 Monthly.
